If there is no response from you, then the item will be returned to our warehouse in Brazil.

SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Items will only be accepted if returned within 30 days and under the following conditions:
With tags and seals intact and original, undamaged packaging. Shoe boxes/bags, accessory bags, plastic packaging, swimsuit and bikini protection stickers, guarantees, and instruction manuals are considered part of the product.
Not washed or worn. Free from odors or stains, no scratches on the soles, and without alterations made by the customer (adjustments, darts, etc.).
PACKAGING:
It is important to pack the return securely, remove the old label, and place the return label on the box. The original label should never be visible or legible—if not removed, place the return label over it.
RETURNING THE PRODUCT:
To return an order, a return label is required, and this will be sent by our customer service team. They also will inform you whether DHL will pick up the package from your residence or if you need to drop it off at a convenient DHL ServicePoint. In both cases, the package should already be prepared with the return label, so it can be sent back to the sender.

After the contact, you will receive the return procedure instructions along with the return label. Please do not return any products before completing all the procedure below.
Return processing might take up to 15 business days upon delivery at our warehouse in Brazil. Then it can take up to 15 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method. Refunds to expired or canceled cards are handled by your bank or credit card issuer and, in most cases, credited automatically to your replacement card.
REMINDER:
